The location was very convenient. I found many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Different subway lines were also close. The staff were very friendly. The room was super clean and spacious. THE bed was comfortable.

Some short cuts in room. It was impossible to get ice and not even one cup and glass in the whole place.

The subway was very close offering easy access. The room provided was quite comfortable. I found the bathroom large and practical. I liked the windows. They opened slightly.

i really enjoyed the friendly staff, especially marcos from the breakfast team. the breakfast buffet was extensive and of a high quality. the location near the subway stations and ground zero is ideal.

i didn't like that the room lacked essentials for its star rating, for example water. the tech in the room was also dated. the room and amenities were not the most modern, but also the room needs a bit of updating.

The location was very convenient for my plans. It was right in the center of lower Manhattan, very helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, though the space was limited.

The hotel has no phones in the rooms. I had to use my personal cell. The cafe staff were unfriendly and some items listed were unavailable.
